Leading the Way
Linda “Lyn” Hill is a remarkable entrepreneur and former athlete, currently the owner of Mdd3 Logistics (MDD3), a successful parcel delivery company she founded in 2019. Partnering with Amazon, MDD3 employs over 100 young adults in the Delaware region.
Prior to her venture into logistics, Lyn served as the CEO of B-Ball and Company, where she played a pivotal role in producing the renowned ESPN AND1 Basketball Tour, which captivated audiences across all 50 states and over 70 countries.
Lyn’s journey to success began at a young age when her passion for basketball fueled her drive to succeed. She attended August Martin High School, where she helped lead the team to both New York City and State championships earning All-City and All-State honors. Her exceptional skills led her to the University of Bridgeport, where she received a four-year scholarship and was later inducted into the Hall of Fame and received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
Lyn credits her success to her heavenly father, her parents, her high school basketball coach, Joel Ashcher, and her devoted friends and family. She is deeply thankful for their unwavering support throughout her journey.
